Staff Database Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will join the Venmo Data Platforms team as a hands-on technical leader, shaping Venmo’s cloud-native data stores and ensuring high availability at scale. You will partner with engineering leadership to align initiatives with business goals, mentor engineers and product owners, and drive automation and AI-driven optimization. You will design, implement, and operate next-gen databases, collaborating with infra and product teams to enable data-driven innovation and platform resilience.
