Job description

Experteer Overview In this leadership role, you own and shape the data strategy and governance for Sanofi’s Rare Disease Patient Support Services. You will bridge Digital/IT, US Data Management, Product Services, and Operations to ensure data foundations power insights, automation, and improved patient outcomes. You lead end-to-end data architecture, stewardship, and compliance across a complex, multi-platform landscape. You will co-design and enforce data standards, balancing business value with technical rigor in a highly regulated environment. This role offers impact across post-enrollment and patient journeys, with a focus on data-driven care at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Own the PSS perspective on the Digital roadmap and align data initiatives with business objectives * Bridge enterprise teams to prioritize PSS requirements * Provide strategic oversight of core data platforms and emerging technologies * Represent PSS data interests to stakeholders and governance forums * Design end-to-end PSS data architecture spanning core platforms, data mesh, and analytics * Define data structure across prescription, buy-and-bill, and hub journeys * Document and communicate data integration of hundreds of data points for insights, automation, and action * Define integration patterns (APIs, data pipelines, controlled data sharing) * Manage and evolve datasets including EHR and SP/hub data * Ensure data flows support real-time and near-real-time operations * Defend data standards and plan for new data sources and processes * Define data meaning, catalog, and lineage for audits * Implement data quality rules across all sources * Drive data governance and access controls with privacy and compliance in mind * Collaborate on data privacy standards and consent management; ensure HIPAA compliance * Evaluate opportunities with new data acquisitions and prevent redundancy Tasks * Bachelor’s degree (required) * 7-10+ years in data architecture, governance, or engineering * 3-5+ years in healthcare/pharma/patient services * Experience with PHI and healthcare data compliance * Proven track record designing data governance frameworks in complex environments * Senior leadership experience in enterprise, matrixed organizations * Experience with patient support services, specialty pharmacy, or hub services preferred Key requirements * high-quality healthcare * prevention and wellness programs * at least 14 weeks gender-neutral parental leave * rewarding career growth opportunities * hybrid work arrangement * wellbeing benefits
