IT Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive cloud infrastructure, security, and digital transformation. You lead a technical team, partner with stakeholders, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations. You own the Azure/Microsoft 365 stack and AVD, shaping cost-efficient, compliant infrastructure that supports business growth. You engage with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver critical IT migrations and upgrades. This is a hybrid/remote role with a focus on tangible impact and growth. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and operate resilient Azure infrastructure with a focus on performance, availability, and cost optimization * Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune) for identity and endpoint management * Plan, implement, and administer Azure Virtual Desktop environments for a hybrid workforce * Develop and enforce security policies, patch schedules, backups, and disaster recovery strategies * Oversee IT support operations, establish SLAs, manage incident workflows and escalations * Manage software licenses, hardware procurement, and cloud service contracts while leading migrations and upgrades * Coordinate integration and administration of Nerdio, SafeSend, and Suralink with third-party providers * Lead and develop technical team members, deliver health and performance reports to executives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience * 5+ years IT experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role * Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, Intune, and core Azure design * Proven AVD deployment and management in production * Solid security knowledge: networking, enterprise security, identity access management Key requirements * comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer-funded HSA/FRA * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * generous PTO and paid holidays * annual training and certification stipend * bonus eligibility * telecommute / hybrid work arrangement
