Applied Scientist, Amazon Connect

Experteer Overview In this role you apply ML to build AI features for Amazon Connect, tackling hard problems in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a diverse team of scientists and engineers to advance stochastic modeling, queueing theory, anomaly detection, and optimization in the contact center domain. This is an opportunity to shape how customers interact with services at scale and contribute to a disruptive cloud-based solution. You will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, data-driven AI capabilities.
