Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will serve as a hands-on data analyst and technical contributor within Arch Mortgage Data, Reporting and Insights, building reliable data pipelines, analytics-ready data assets, and dashboards on Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions, delivering accurate, reusable, and well-documented work that enables data-driven decisions and business growth. The position emphasizes collaboration, modern cloud platforms, and continuous improvement with a focus on impact and actionable insights. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and support data pipelines, datasets, reports, dashboards, and automation to enable decision-making. * Ingest, transform, validate, and secure data from diverse sources for accuracy and accessibility. * Perform data analysis, modeling, reconciliation, and trend evaluation to identify insights and recommendations. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate needs into scalable data solutions. * Manage multiple priorities and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership. * Leverage cloud-based platforms and automation to improve delivery speed and solution quality. * Apply development practices such as testing, documentation, version control, peer review, and change management. * Troubleshoot data, process, and performance issues and implement effective resolutions while improving existing solutions. * Support knowledge sharing, documentation, collaboration, and informal mentoring within the team. Tasks * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and risks in complex datasets. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data analytics, automation, and reporting techniques. * Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, data integration, and analytics solution design. * Experience with cloud-based data ecosystems and scalable solutions on modern platforms. * Experience using business intelligence, data visualization, and analytical tools to support decision-making. * Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and analytics tools to improve quality and efficiency. * Ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and collaboration skills to manage multiple initiatives. * 3+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, reporting, BI, or data engineering with stakeholder collaboration. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
