Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead analytical use cases for Amazon’s Middle Mile Transportation Technology, turning data into actionable insights that improve time and cost efficiency. You will partner with executives, engineering, science, and operations to translate business questions into measurable analyses and production-ready solutions. The work spans big data, ML, and optimization to build scalable, high-availability services that influence billions in value. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, guiding both strategy and day-to-day execution with a customer-focused mindset. Compensation / Benefits * Generate insightful analyses, reports, and data visualizations to answer critical business questions and identify notable trends * Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders and spot new opportunities for improvement * Apply data mining and modeling across multiple data sources to uncover key drivers and build predictive models * Define, design, and execute work items backwards from the end customer to improve metrics, productivity, and efficiency * Adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience * 3+ years of experience analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, or similar) * Experience modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines * Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and modeling * Experience with AWS services (EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift) * Experience with statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, Matlab) * Experience presenting insights to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams Key requirements * health insurance * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave * RSUs * sign-on incentives
