Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate and oversee a high-visibility technical training and candidate assessment program, ensuring timely planning, execution, and documentation. You will work with multiple departments, branches, vendors, and training partners to drive collaboration and continuous improvement. You support risk management, scheduling, and reporting to leadership, while maintaining discretion in handling sensitive information. This position offers autonomy and a meaningful opportunity to advance mission-critical training and workforce development. Compensation / Benefits * Provide programmatic coordination, scheduling, and documentation support across the Client’s technical training and candidate assessment program * Support end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of technical training and workforce development activities * Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; report recruiting metrics * Monitor program performance, identify risks and issues; assist with mitigation strategies * Coordinate and facilitate communication across multiple Departments, Branches, partner organizations, vendors, and stakeholders * Support candidate assessment activities to align with mission and program requirements * Prepare, maintain, and distribute program documentation, status updates, and reports * Demonstrate initiative; drive solutions with minimal oversight * Adapt to a dynamic environment; adjust priorities for mission needs * Support cross-organizational collaboration for complex multi-stakeholder initiatives Tasks * Clear, effective, diplomatic communication with Client personnel, contractors, and external partners * Experience with Client security vetting processes * 3-5 years of recruiting experience * 5+ years in technical operations in hands-on or support roles * Ability to work with senior leadership and high-tempo stakeholders * High discretion handling sensitive program information * Ability to operate in ambiguous or loosely defined environments * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; translate priorities into an executable plan * Initiative and self-direction; work independently with limited guidance * Experience coordinating and deconflicting complex schedules for multiple stakeholders, often with short notice * Experience preparing materials for senior-level review panels * Experience operating in resource-limited environments while maintaining performance * Experience drafting and managing communications such as cables or formal program correspondence * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Willingness to travel CONUS on short notice (up to 25%) Key requirements *
