Systems Architect, Senior Advisor

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cross-project integration and user CONOPS development to support Analysis technology priorities within the ATP office. You will shape future capabilities by coordinating with CIO-T engineers, engaging mission customers, and guiding architecture evolution. You’ll produce documentation, assess new technologies, and provide data-driven Go/No-Go recommendations. This onsite role in St. Louis offers a chance to influence mission services at scale within a high-security environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead development and updates of user CONOPS and ICBD documentation * Coordinate cross-project dependencies to align user vision across projects * Prepare management-ready summaries and priority recommendations for new insertions * Collaborate with CIO-T engineers to assess impacts and tradeoffs of capability insertions * Engage mission customers to shape future capabilities and participate in strategic planning * Develop system architectures to evolve mission services and assess technology fit * Conduct AoAs and provide data-driven recommendations * Identify key decision points and issue Go/No-Go recommendations * Communicate architecture changes and project status to users and coordinate inputs * Produce weekly activity reports for government customers and program * Create and present technical material to diverse audiences, with strong written and verbal communication * Assist product managers in backlog prioritization and train new analysts * Draft documentation describing current and future project states * Ensure onsite stakeholder alignment and customer issue resolution Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physical Sciences / Engineering or related technical experience * 18+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or systems development experience * Experience with DoD/IC Acquisition Process, SAFe Agile product ownership, CONOPS development, and visioning with incomplete requirements * Prior experience writing CONOPS or similar documentation for non-technical audiences * TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI with poly Key requirements * heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage * 25 days PTO accrued annually * generous PTO cap * eligible for bonus plan
