Data Solutions Analyst (Regional Reporting Team)

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and deliver data-driven reporting and BI solutions that support informed decision-making across enterprise initiatives. You will partner with Data Engineering and Data Visualization teams to transform and present trusted data through scalable dashboards and automated workflows. You will contribute to modernizing reporting capabilities, ensuring governance and quality across data and reports. Compensation / Benefits * Compile, explore, transform, and validate data from multiple sources for reporting and analytics * Develop, maintain, and document automated data workflows and reporting assets * Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and QA to ensure accuracy * Support data governance with documentation of definitions, rules, and transformation logic * Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations * Collaborate with Data Visualization leads to ensure standards and UX expectations * Support dashboard testing, deployment, and maintenance * Translate business requirements into reporting solutions that deliver insights * Assist with recurring and ad hoc reporting and identify automation opportunities * Partner with Data Engineering and Data Visualization leads to deliver scalable, governed reporting * Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement across the team * Provide support and training to stakeholders as needed * Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate risks as needed * Promote diversity and reflect the M&T Bank brand * Maintain internal control standards and respond to audit points * Complete other related duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or 7 years combined education/work experience with at least 3 years of related experience * Experience with large datasets and relational databases * Experience developing SQL queries and performing data analysis * Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools * Experience translating business requirements into reporting or analytical solutions Key requirements *
