IT Administrator

Responsible for providing IT related support to internal customers to minimize operational disruption. Contributes to and supports the goals of the department and the organization., * Provides various technical support to end users by investigating and resolving software and hardware problems.

• Advanced technical issues involving Microsoft’s full suite business applications and operating systems.
• Analyze and resolve network performance issues.
• Contributes and maintains accurate documentation to provide consistent solutions.
• Assists with projects, tasks, and planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Does not directly supervise any employees

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related work experience
• Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Advanced knowledge with Windows 10 and 11
• Experience with networking preferred
• Work & learn independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• Multi-tasking abilities and thorough follow-up required
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• Must be able to pass a background screen, and a drug screen
