Experteer Overview As Director, Event Technology II you lead a high-performing venue team to maximize revenue and profitability while delivering World-Class service. You will manage a multi-million dollar operation, shaping event technology solutions and coordinating with venue partners to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences. You influence both operations and sales, driving improvements and big-picture planning. This role offers impact through operational excellence, team development, and close collaboration with regional leadership to elevate Encoreās venue partnerships. Compensation / Benefits * Financial management and reporting: drive profitable operations, manage costs, analyze financials, coordinate invoicing, and submit sales forecasts and reports * Operations management: oversee daily floor operations, equipment delivery and maintenance, inventory control, and venue meetings * Sales management: collaborate with Regional Sales Director on sales strategy, prepare quotes, attend site visits, and support customer events * Customer service: build and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel, ensure on-site satisfaction, and uphold service standards * Technical ability: oversee technical aspects, troubleshoot, and serve as on-site tech expert * People development: promote high performance and coach/train team, manage staffing and HR activities Tasks * Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience (preferred) * 3+ years audio-visual experience * 2+ years operations/supervisory experience * 3+ years customer service or hospitality experience (preferred) * Sales experience is a plus * Working knowledge of AV equipment in live shows * Proficiency with computer hardware and Microsoft Office * Valid driverās license for team members operating company vehicles Key requirements *
