Principal Software Engineer - Agentic AI

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled software for consumer banking. You will work within the Digital Technology team to raise delivery speed, code quality, and operational stability across portfolios. You’ll lead architectural decisions and mentor teams, focusing on agentic AI workflows and governance. This is a hands-on role that blends deep engineering with cross-functional influence to drive strategic technology advances.
