Senior Salesforce Practice Architect (Remote)

Experteer Overview In this high-visibility role you will lead Salesforce-based solutions for enterprise modernization in the public sector, shaping engagements from early client conversations to delivery. You will combine hands-on solution design with strategic guidance to pursue and win key opportunities, driving scalable, compliant Salesforce ecosystems aligned to mission outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your architecture expertise to grow ICF’s Salesforce practice. This position offers impact at scale with a focus on transformation and innovation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce ecosystems for enterprise clients * Guide early-stage client conversations and shape technical approaches * Own technical solutioning for key bids and proposals, including capture support * Collaborate with business development to expand Salesforce offerings and ensure competitive, compliant solutions * Provide hands-on architecture leadership during delivery and ensure governance, security, and scalability Tasks * 12+ years designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions * 5+ years leading complex solution development with strong enterprise architecture background (integrations, security, scalability, governance) * U.S. citizenship or permanent residency * Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust/Security Clearance * Residence within the United States * Salesforce Certified Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect); CTA preferred Key requirements * 100% remote work * up to 10% travel * opportunity to influence pursuits and delivery * collaborative culture with technical leadership and mentorship
