Experteer Overview In this role, you will analyze users’ needs to define the scope and objectives of information systems within TIAA’s architecture. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and end users to design feasible solutions that scale in a large financial ecosystem. You drive technical documentation, feasibility studies, and system interfaces while ensuring operational effectiveness. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping enterprise systems that support secure retirement services and client-focused outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Define system scope through research and fact-finding for moderately complex information systems * Create flow charts, models, and procedures; conduct feasibility studies to design solutions * Prepare technical documentation to guide users and ongoing system development * Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and assess capabilities and requirements * Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as needed * Assist in developing end-user training sessions and demos * Monitor application operations for efficiency and troubleshoot issues as necessary Tasks * 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferred 7+ years) * Financial domain experience including retirement products, annuities, rollovers, and brokerage products * Strong background in Application Architecture & SOA; microservices design and API governance * Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL, MuleSoft ESB, Kong API Gateway * Cloud and container platforms experience with AWS (RDS, OpenSearch) and Red Hat OpenShift * BPMN-driven workflow design and management * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Azure DevOps, JIRA Key requirements * comprehensive Total Rewards package * superior retirement program * competitive health and wellness offerings * work-life balance initiatives * career development opportunities * legal and compliance benefits
