SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration efforts for government clients, focusing on data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to define source-to-target requirements and ensure data quality across migration cycles. You’ll handle employee and asset lifecycle data migrations and support testing, reconciliation, and cutover readiness to meet finance, payroll, and reporting needs. This position offers impact through shaping transformation programs and working with cross-functional teams. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Define source-to-target requirements with business/technical teams and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, org assignments, comp, time, benefits, HR infotypes) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization, depreciation, retirement history) * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to align migrated data with business/finance/compliance/reporting requirements Tasks * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management * 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data as described * Ability to travel ~25% * Bachelor’s degree; legally authorized to work in the United States; ability to obtain/maintain required Secret clearance Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
