SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the SAP team, you help deliver SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation for government and public sector clients. You work with business and technical groups to ensure data quality and alignment with finance, compliance, and reporting needs. You handle end-to-end migration activities and enable smooth cutovers. This role blends strategy, data engineering, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise performance improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities: profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data: worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and HR infotypes/objects * Migrate asset lifecycle data: fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization, depreciation attributes, retirement history * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management activities * 3+ years profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * 3+ years experience in migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data * Travel up to 25% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program
