SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Sr Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you guide SAP SuccessFactors transformations for clients, acting as a subject-matter expert across stakeholders. You help define scope, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations and analytics. You will stay current with SAP trends and share knowledge to drive value. This position blends advisory insight with hands-on architecture and delivery in a fast-growing Canadian practice, with travel as needed. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client business needs and provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors design and implementation * Define project scope and concrete requirements for business and technology transformation * Create functional and technical specifications to guide development and deployment * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementations and integrations * Develop proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions * Provide technical support to clients during and after implementation * Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge with team and clients * Leverage domain expertise to enhance project outcomes and value * Travel may be required (0-100% depending on business needs) Tasks * 8+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience * 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics experience * 3+ years of HR strategy methods and SAP implementations * 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP automation, and SAP Analytics Cloud for HR * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or Associate’s with 6 years experience Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan/retirement savings match?
