Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development and deployment of autonomous robotic systems to transform data-center operations. You’ll work with hardware, software, and systems engineers to scale solutions across Google’s hyperscale footprint. You will tackle challenging operational uptime, safety, and time-to-market goals for AMRs, AGVs, and multi-axis robotic arms. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines research-to-deployment impact with cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Align Robotics initiatives with executive leadership and roadmaps to meet business goals * Evaluate off-the-shelf products and parts to simplify scaling, support, and certification of robot fleets * Provide management support across the development lifecycle with internal teams and external partners * Deliver multi-year robotics and hardware automation strategy for compute, storage, and AI hardware infrastructure * Oversee end-to-end deployment of autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, and multi-axis robotic arms for data center hardware Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 8 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and robotics product development * Experience in robotic control, planning, kinematics, and mechatronic systems * Experience in shipping full-stack robotics systems * Experience in robotics industry, robotics applications development and translating R&D into deployed, real-world systems Key requirements * bonus target * equity * benefits (company-paid) * competitive compensation * on-site role with global impact * opportunities at scale
