Director, Information Technology Integration

Compensation / Benefits * Lead technical due diligence for mergers and acquisitions * Assess infrastructure maturity and cybersecurity posture * Develop and execute integration roadmaps and migration strategies * Coordinate matrixed technical resources across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, applications, and more * Establish integration standards and governance; chair technical integration review boards * Partner with Application Integration to synchronize application onboarding and transition activities * Prepare executive risk assessments and dashboards for leadership * Ensure acquisitions align with enterprise architecture standards and future-state architectures Tasks * 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in management or leadership * Experience guiding technology integration in mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and expansions * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture alignment and governance * Ability to develop budgets and executive-level communication materials * Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams across multiple domains Key requirements *
