Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support hospital operations by developing streamlined pathways, data collection, and reporting using appropriate tools and programming languages. You will participate in planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of department- and hospital-driven initiatives. You’ll document design decisions, workflows, and training materials while ensuring timely project delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to elevate data quality and system performance, contributing to patient care improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Evaluate, plan, design, develop, test, implement, maintain and support system upgrades and new implementations * Document design decisions, workflows, data collection, database building, QA testing, troubleshooting * Deliver projects within timelines and ensure customer acceptance * Create and maintain education and documentation for projects (minutes, diagrams, specifications) * Participate in team, project, and status meetings and share ideas * Develop expert knowledge in assigned applications; obtain and maintain certifications as needed * Contribute to Quality Management initiatives and monitor QIPs and program effectiveness * Perform professional, clinical, or technical competencies as required by the unit/department Tasks * High School Graduate * Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience (preferred) * 1+ years working with Epic or other health care informatics system * Epic application certification or plan to obtain within 5 months of hire * Excellent oral and written communication; strong computer skills; Windows experience * Familiarity with PCs, hardware, and various applications Key requirements *
