Data Warehouse Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive enterprise analytics by designing Power BI dataflows and semantic models, enabling trusted, scalable reporting. You will collaborate with Snowflake data engineers to optimize fact/dimension structures and deliver high-performing dashboards. You will build advanced DAX measures, optimize SQL queries, and ensure data lineage and governance across analytics assets. Compensation / Benefits * Design Power BI dataflows and semantic models using dimensional modeling * Develop advanced DAX measures and analytical logic for end-user reporting * Create high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements * Write and optimize complex SQL queries for Snowflake data preparation * Collaborate with Snowflake data engineering to optimize fact/dimension tables for Power BI * Integrate Power BI with Snowflake using suitable connection modes and ensure data reliability * Document data lineage, metadata, and report specifications for governance and maintainability Tasks * Minimum 5 years of IT experience in business intelligence tools and systems * 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-level Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models * Advanced SQL with CTEs, window functions, and optimization * Strong understanding of star schema design and dimensional modeling * Proficiency in Snowflake tuning, clustering keys, compute optimization, and cost control * Familiarity with Snowflake RBAC, roles, warehouse sizing, and data governance * Power BI semantic modeling with strong DAX and clean dimensional design * Experience embedding Power BI reports into web or internal apps * Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and documentation * CI/CD for Power BI and version control is a plus Key requirements *
