Job description
- Client is looking for a Content Designer to join our Digital Employee Experience team for a short-term engagement.
- In this role, you will work closely with a team of designers and engineers to ensure consistency and standardization on the content experience of tools, platforms, and support that enable Client workers to complete self-service tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, concise user interface text and in-tool messaging that improves the employee experience.
- Produce and edit content that aligns with audience needs and follows Client’s standards for style, tone, and voice.
- Seek feedback and contribute constructively to content design critiques.
- Analyze user research insights and usage data to help inform content decisions.
Requirements
- UX writing / content design experience (user interface copy, microcopy, in-product messaging)
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- They should be proficient in Figma and standard office applications., * 3-5 years in a content design role, producing internal and/or public-facing content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills, * Basic understanding of information technology and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
