Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst

Experteer Overview As Lead Analyst, you drive HR-focused initiatives end-to-end within Disney’s Enterprise Technology and HR Strategies & Services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to define objectives, create schedules, manage risks, and deliver high-value outcomes. You’ll balance technical and functional HR knowledge to optimize operations and adoption of new processes. This role offers impact across programs, with visibility to senior leaders and a chance to shape transformational initiatives. You will lead with strategic acumen and deliver measurable improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project delivery from initiation to completion with aligned goals and deadlines * Define objectives, scope, and outcomes with stakeholders * Create and manage master schedules, roadmaps, and communication plans * Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables * Oversee project financials including resource and expense forecasting * Foster an adaptive, high-value team environment * Prepare status reports and maintain data visualizations of KPIs * Lead project meetings and ensure clear goals and actions * Coordinate with senior leaders, tech teams, and stakeholders * Support various development methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools such as Jira * Utilize collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Teams) and follow the OnePMO Standard framework * Follow PMO governance for consistent project delivery Tasks * 7+ years of related work experience * Strong problem-solving and business process mapping skills * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality * Proactive, resourceful, flexible attitude * Excellent organizational skills for multi-project environments * Communication and presentation skills; strong technical writing * Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities Key requirements * bonus and/or long-term incentive units * medical benefits * financial benefits * career development opportunities * diverse working locations * equal opportunity employer
