Senior Systems Analyst - Veeva/Vault CRM

Experteer Overview You will lead and shape Veeva Vault CRM initiatives, acting as a technical and functional SME to design, implement, and support commercial technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT, architects, and vendors to translate needs into scalable, compliant systems in a regulated environment. With strong project leadership, you’ll guide cross-functional teams through delivery and post-implementation improvements. A focus on AI opportunities, governance, and risk will help drive enterprise efficiency and value. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as Veeva/Vault CRM SME across design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support * Translate commercial business requirements into effective CRM solutions with stakeholders * Evaluate requirements against CRM capabilities to determine configuration and integration approaches * Lead complex Veeva/Vault CRM projects from initiation to post-implementation support * Develop functional/technical specifications and lifecycle documentation (URS, FRS, TDS, data flows) * Plan and execute testing efforts including UAT and validation in regulated environments * Manage change control, risk, and vendor interactions; ensure regulatory compliance and security * Provide guidance to project teams and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver * Assess new releases and capabilities for business impact and opportunities * Monitor performance, support continuous improvement, and drive stakeholder communications Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred * 8+ years in IT/systems analysis, project delivery, or related disciplines * Strong hands-on Veeva/Vault CRM experience (design, configuration, integrations, testing, production support) * Proven project management experience leading IT/application projects end-to-end * Experience with system lifecycle documentation and validation in FDA-regulated environments (21 CFR Part 11) * Excellent analytical, writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority * Experience with requirements development, system integrations, data flows, and testing Key requirements * base salary + bonus * long-term incentive compensation * health, dental, vision insurance * 401(k) with matching * tuition reimbursement * flexible spending accounts
