Experteer Overview As a Senior Full Stack Developer at ICF, you will drive innovation by delivering secure, scalable, full-stack solutions for the myTTB platform modernization. You will work with cross-functional teams to build Java-based REST services, Angular UIs, and reusable components, while aligning with cloud, security, and DevSecOps practices. This role emphasizes leadership, code quality, and mentoring in a remote, collaborative environment. You will influence technical direction and deliver high-impact, user-focused experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for the myTTB platform modernization * Build Java RESTful services and Angular UIs with Storybook components * Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models; manage Liquibase-based schema changes * Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure; implement Keycloak-based auth across layers * Collaborate with leadership, product managers, UX designers, and developers to deliver high-quality experiences * Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and troubleshooting production issues * Follow ICF coding standards and modern software engineering practices * Lead small initiatives or components; foster asynchronous, remote collaboration Tasks * 5+ years of full stack development with Java, Angular, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Azure * 5+ years of experience implementing authentication/authorization with Keycloak or similar * 5+ years in Agile/Scrum environments * 2+ years of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines * US citizenship * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance * Residence and work in the US; 3 of last 5 years lived in the US Key requirements *
