Sr. Business Intelligence Developer | Full Time

Experteer Overview In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights to support leadership decisions across healthcare domains. You will develop data assets, ad-hoc reports, and automated tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving customer needs. You’ll present findings to executives, physicians, and stakeholders, guiding strategic initiatives through clear storytelling with data. This position helps foster a data-driven culture and enhances reporting processes aligned with organizational goals. You will work with minimal direction to deliver high-quality analytics products that impact patient care and operations. Compensation / Benefits * Tell a story with data insights to help leaders make actionable decisions * Own data assets, tools, and project goals to support business initiatives * Consult, design metrics, reports, and build data solutions * Document processes, ensure accuracy, monitor quality, and train backups * Provide end-user training on existing tools * Participate in webinars and educational resources on healthcare analytics * Suggest improvements to work efficiency and quality * Guide customers to the central intake process and fulfill report requests * Serve as liaison between Analytics and business leaders * Analyze effectiveness of reporting procedures and improve processes * Create complex scripts with optimized queries on complex data tables * Standardize use of analytics tools and semantic layers * Guide team members using advanced healthcare data knowledge * Independently identify driving factors for data needs and provide additional data elements * Self-manage projects and timelines * Other duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field * 3-4 years of experience in a Healthcare or Business setting * Expert in advanced Excel, SQL, report building, tool development, requirements gathering and technical documentation * Experience with Relational Databases, Data Models, Data Visualizations, curated datasets, data cubes or EMR report development * Experience with code repositories on SCM systems or MS TFS * Good understanding of computer programming concepts or EMR systems * Basic understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning concepts * Basic understanding of dimensional models and Data Warehouse or EMR systems * Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Looker, Toad, Minitab, Power BI, Qlik, SSRS or similar * Develop multidimensional semantic layers and analytics query objects for end-users * Proven customer service experience with strong active listening skills * Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key requirements *
