Experteer Overview In this role you drive technology-led delivery for aerospace-scale airline initiatives within a diverse engineering team. You will align Business and IT, remove roadblocks, and shepherd cross-functional projects from planning to realization. You’ll mentor teams, manage budgets, and champion new technologies while maintaining strong partnerships with leadership. This is a chance to shape reliable digital capabilities that underpin a global network. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with Business and IT leadership to set vision and priorities and steer roadmaps * Ensure agile project management, business analysis, and quality assurance processes are practiced * Create a self-governing delivery environment with accountability for performance * Lead adoption and migration of new and emerging technologies * Mentor a diverse, high-performing team and foster continuous learning * Manage project/program schedules and budgets with appropriate controls * Uphold technology standards and goals for visibility and predictability * Handle production issues and provide off-hours support as needed * Work extended hours and travel as project needs require * Maintain effective problem-solving, coordination, and scheduling across teams Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting, or related discipline * 5 years in ITIL/Agile/X P or similar methodologies * 3 years of experience leading projects or teams * Airline industry experience preferred * Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Key requirements * Travel perks * Health benefits from day one * Wellness programs * 401(k) with employer contributions (dependent on workgroup) * Employee Assistance Program * pet insurance and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises
