We are searching for the best talent for a Network Activation Manager (NAM) - CARVYKTI® to support Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
The Network Activation Manager (NAM) is a field-based role available in all cities within the states listed. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location within the region to apply.
Purpose:
The Network Activation Manager (NAM) is a field-based role responsible for developing and executing treatment center activation strategies that accelerate patient access to CARVYKTI®. The NAM serves as the activation lead across internal and external stakeholders, delivering a differentiated, white-glove customer experience while driving activation readiness, operational excellence, and network expansion solutions.
You will be responsible for:

Building tailored activation strategies that enable site readiness, expand patient access, and deliver a market-defining activation experience for customers.

Leading end-to-end site certification activities from initial engagement through activation
-
Serving as the primary point of contact for sites during the activation process

Evaluating site readiness and identify risks
-
Acting as the central orchestrator of the activation process

Delivering operational education and activation guidance
-
Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and expansions
-
Tracking activation timelines and deliverable progress
-
Ensuring site readiness for first patient enrollment and CARVYKTI order fulfillment
Requirements
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree helpful
-
5+ years of business experience is required, with experience in healthcare or biopharma experience preferred
-
Strong project management and communication skills
-
Able to partner and influence without authority across functions and organizations
-
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
-
Up to 50% travel required depending on candidate location (approximately half of that time could be overnights). Candidate should live within 1.5 hours of a major metro airport within the stated geography.
Preferred:
-
Experience in account management, sales, or other healthcare customer-facing role is preferred
-
Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
Benefits & conditions
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102,000 - $177,100.
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
