Job description

Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting established timelines and project objectives. Develop and execute analytical procedures to support engineering research, testing, and product development. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure parts and services are specified and requested appropriately. Evaluate technical proposals and provide engineering recommendations. Prepare clear, accurate technical reports and documentation. Analyze, interpret, and communicate research findings and test results using various technical formats. Make sound technical decisions with moderate supervision. Work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals. Utilize engineering software and computer applications to support scientific and technical work.

Requirements

A global automotive company, is seeking an Engineer II to join its engineering team in Raymond, Ohio. This role is ideal for an engineer with 2+ years of experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the development, testing, and evaluation of automotive technologies., 2+ years of engineering experience in a product development, testing, manufacturing, or related engineering environment. Bachelor’’s or Master’’s degree in Engineering required. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Proficiency with engineering and scientific computer applications. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing tasks. Experience working with suppliers and evaluating technical proposals is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Valid Ohio driver’’s license required.
