Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will serve as a Scrum Master and Agile coach, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant clinical and operational software that supports patient safety and efficient workflows. You’ll partner with product, QA, regulatory, and clinical stakeholders to align backlogs with clinical needs and regulatory standards. Expect to lead ceremonies, coach teams toward self-organization, and drive data-driven improvements within a healthcare SDLC. This position offers opportunity to shape delivery in a regulated, mission-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement) and ensure Agile best practices * Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs aligned with clinical workflows, compliance, and customer commitments * Promote continuous delivery of high-quality, compliant software in healthcare * Coach teams on Agile principles, remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and foster transparency and accountability * Partner with Product Management, QA, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs to ensure safety, usability, and compliance standards; coordinate with Implementation/Customer Success for deployments * Drive process improvement with data-driven retrospectives and metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, defects); configure dashboards to monitor team health and bottlenecks * Identify opportunities for automation within the SDLC and ensure alignment with QMS and regulatory documentation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field * 3-5 years in Agile software delivery, including Scrum Master experience * CSM/PSM I/II or equivalent certification required * Healthcare software, medical devices, or regulated industries experience preferred * Strong SDLC, QA automation, and DevOps understanding * Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA; experience with clinical systems and interoperability standards * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence; ability to design dashboards to track productivity * Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences * Strong servant leadership, collaboration, and conflict-resolution abilities * Willingness to travel occasionally Key requirements * bonus or equity * equal opportunity employer
