  • Partner with traders and portfolio managers to translate live workflow conversations into practical software designs and prioritized delivery plans
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers, owning solutions from problem framing through production rollout and validation
  • Partner closely with Operations and Compliance to embed controls, observability, and supportability into trade flows and release plans
  • Use AI tools as a core part of the engineering process to accelerate implementation, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and documentation while validating outputs for safety and correctness
  • Define and execute validation strategies for AI-assisted changes, including automated tests, scenario coverage, instrumentation, and production-readiness checks
  • Contribute to system integration and straight-through processing improvements, onboarding of additional product capabilities, and enhancements to order and blotter workflows
  • Participate in production support and incident resolution for critical Macro trading workflows, driving root-cause analysis and durable fixes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of frontend development experience with React or a comparable modern UI framework, including building interactive trader-facing interfaces
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity
  • 3+ years of experience working in a financial markets or trading technology environment with domain exposure to Fixed Income, Futures, or FX
  • Proven experience using AI tools as a core part of the software delivery lifecycle to generate implementation, tests, refactoring, debugging aids, or documentation, with a demonstrated ability to validate AI-generated outputs through testing and targeted human review
  • Experience supporting production systems used during U.S. trading hours, including participating in production support and incident resolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work directly with traders, portfolio managers, operations teams, and compliance teams to convert ambiguous business problems into safe, production-ready solutions
