We are looking for an IT Specialist Europe to join our international IT team and provide technical support across our European sites while participating in exciting infrastructure and digital transformation projects. What will you do? As part of our IT team, you will provide first- and second-level technical support to users in Spain, France and Dubai, ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: Providing Help Desk support (on-site and remote) for end users. Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows, Mac and barcode devices.
