IT Specialist Europe & Asia

As part of our IT team, you will provide first- and second-level technical support to users in Spain, France, Dubai, Singapur and Hong Kong, ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure., * Providing Help Desk support (on-site and remote) for end users.

• Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows, Mac and barcode devices.
• Supporting network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs).
• Managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtual machines, backups and security solutions.
• Supporting production and laboratory IT systems.
• Managing IT hardware inventory and spare parts.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Participating in international IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

• Around 5 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Infrastructure within an industrial or commercial environment.
