Job description
Experteer Overview As Analytics Engineer in Socialpoint’s Central Analytics, you will design and optimize data systems to support experimentation and feature engineering across our games. You’ll build cross-game data marts and scalable data tooling, collaborating with game analytics to deliver solutions that drive growth. You’ll also create AI-powered workflows and share best practices to uplift the analytics discipline. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment. Pay / Benefits * Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support experimentation and feature engineering on large player datasets * Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts with clean, transformed data for Analysts * Develop scalable, reusable code, tools, and frameworks adopted across game teams * Partner with game analytics teams to design and maintain data tools used across applications * Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines to support Analysts’ day-to-day tasks * Share knowledge by educating analysts on coding and software engineering best practices Tasks * Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, optimization, large-scale data warehouses) * Experience building/maintaining production data pipelines (Airflow, Docker, S3, CI/CD) * Advanced Python for production analytics solutions * Experience with integrating LLMs or generative AI workflows (basic to intermediate) * Bachelor in Computer Science (or equivalent quantitative field) * Collaborative team player, fast learner, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity * Detail-oriented, quality-focused, pragmatic Key requirements * Hybrid working * Relocation support * 25 days annual leave + 5 days at Christmas * Private medical insurance for you and your family * Device on joining (iOS/Android) * Upskilling budget for growth opportunities
