IT Solution Consultant

The Solution Consultant is critical to the success of our customers and for service delivery. This position is responsible for gaining mastery in the use and implementation of software solutions, preparing and delivering training to customers, driving customer projects using workshops, developing rules and solutions for customer projects and products. This position coordinates objectives and priorities with the office of project management. Being a customer interactive role, this position requires professionality in communication, presentation, work ethic, and dress., * Train clients how to use software solutions

• Develop and model product “rules” for client solutions
• Setup and configure enterprise software on client servers
• Lead full life-cycle enterprise software implementation
• Manage internal and external customer expectations
• Integrate ERP applications into CPQ solution
• Provide technical support to existing clients
• Communicate project status and progress to internal and external teams on a consistent basis
