Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, * 8+ years of experience in compute/storage servers, datacenter infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments. * Deep expertise in x86 server architecture, hardware systems design, diagnostics, and performance troubleshooting. * Working knowledge of firmware, Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms across complex production environments. * Strong technical leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive investigations and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure customer environments with strong business judgment and problem-solving capability.
