Experteer Overview As Global Senior Editor and Content Strategist for Deloitte Insights, you guide AI and technology storytelling for a global audience. You collaborate with leaders, researchers, and production teams to shape research and insights projects. You ensure rigor, accuracy, and compelling storytelling across formats, leveraging AI thoughtfully. You contribute to an innovative editorial culture that informs C-suite audiences and drives impact. Pay / Benefits * Strategize, develop, and execute research and insights projects on prioritized topics for the global Deloitte network * Act as a journalist to build and nurture a network of practitioners and amplify their ideas * Ensure intellectual rigor through source validation, methodology scrutiny, and precise language * Evaluate novelty and audience alignment of insights in the AI era to deliver unique value * Advise on storytelling and content formats (reports, articles, infographics, videos) * Adapt roles across ghostwriting, editing, infographic copywriting, and scriptwriting to tell the story effectively * Coach Deloitte content creators on language, style, and production processes * Lead and participate in team initiatives on storytelling innovation and quality control * Guide junior editors and review their work * Manage projects through the full content development process with cross-functional teams * Edit copy for factual accuracy, grammar, readability, and style; apply SEO/GEO best practices * Leverage generative AI as a supplementary tool while ensuring human-led vetting * Support ongoing development and collaboration to grow technical and personal skills * Maintain stakeholder relationships and influence across levels to meet project objectives Tasks * Strong experience in writing, editing, and copyediting content in American English (business journalism experience preferred) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Deep experience editing AI and tech articles and research reports * Exceptional editing and copyediting skills; mastery of US English grammar and AP style * Excellent writing and oral communication; ability to simplify complex concepts * Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate main messages clearly * Journalist’s instinct for fact-checking, critical thinking, and skepticism about data and methodology * Audience-focused mindset with outside-in view on content projects * Versatile writing and editing across formats from headlines to long-form reports * Experience creating multimedia content and stakeholder management * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, content management systems, and workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Microsoft Teams); knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines and work both independently and in teams * Preferred: experience with business news publications or publishing houses; remote collaboration with global teams * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * hybrid working * world-class development and growth * wellbeing focus * flexible working arrangements * remote collaboration opportunities * global collaboration experience
