BI Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role, you will transform complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights, designing dashboards and reports that help stakeholders understand trends and make informed decisions. You will collaborate with clients to define data needs and ensure visualizations are both aesthetically appealing and effective. You’ll act as an operational data visualization expert, maintain documentation, and support reporting across projects. The role involves using leading visualization tools and working with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven outcomes. Pay / Benefits * Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions using data visualization tools * Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards * Translate customer reporting requests into actionable objectives * Translate non-technical requirements into written report specs * Gather feedback from business users and stakeholders * Apply best practices in data visualization and interactive UX * Create and validate complex calculations for business logic in visualization tools * Maintain documentation across multiple projects * Provide operational data visualization expertise for the team and organization * Lead discussions on reporting requirements, design, infrastructure, and project health * Engage in meetings with project clients to align on expectations and needs * Think critically and apply judgment to IT issues Tasks * 5+ years designing, developing and distributing dashboards using Tableau OR PowerBI * 5+ years hands-on SQL experience with server/database tools (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Google Analytics, etc.) * 5+ years MS PowerPoint and Excel experience including pivot tables/graphs * 5+ years experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools * Experience calling APIs (optional but nice) * Experience with Snowflake and some Python (nice to have) Key requirements * remote or hybrid work options * travel up to 25% * inclusive and forward-thinking culture * opportunity to work with leading AI and digital infrastructure * career growth and global exposure
