We are looking for a highly technical, systems-oriented Solutions Engineer who enjoys solving complex operational challenges across infrastructure, software platforms, hardware, networking, and live production environments., The Solutions Engineer is responsible for configuring, integrating, deploying, validating, troubleshooting, and supporting complex digital signage and operational technology environments.

This role focuses heavily on:

• Systems integration
• CMS and operational platform configuration
• Technical troubleshooting
• Scripting and automation logic
• Infrastructure and networking

• Technical escalation support

This is not a traditional software development role. While scripting and technical logic are important, the primary focus is implementing and supporting operational systems in real-world customer environments.

The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting interconnected systems, learning new technologies quickly, and working across multiple technical disciplines., Systems IntegrationPlatform Configuration

• Configure and support digital signage and operational technology platforms
• Build workflows, operational logic, scheduling rules, and dynamic content behaviors
• Configure playback environments, endpoints, and operational systems
• Support implementation and commissioning activities
• Troubleshoot platform configuration and operational issues

APIData Integration

• Integrate APIs, databases, web services, and operational data sources
• Work with JSON, XML, webhooks, and real-time data flows
• Develop lightweight scripting and transformation logic
• Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues
• Collaborate with customer IT teams on infrastructure and data access requirements

Technical EscalationTroubleshooting

• Act as a technical escalation resource for live customer environments
• Diagnose issues across hardware, software, networking, infrastructure, and operational platforms
• Support root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions
• Assist Support teams during high-priority incidents
• Troubleshoot production systems in complex enterprise environments

Hardware ValidationTesting

• Bench test media players, displays, peripherals, and infrastructure hardware
• Validate firmware, operating systems, and compatibility requirements
• Perform playback, stability, and operational testing
• Create technical findings, compatibility reports, and recommendations
• Support hardware standardization efforts

InfrastructureDevice Management

• Support Windows, Linux, Android, and embedded operating systems
• Assist with PC imaging, provisioning, firmware management, and remote device management
• Troubleshoot networking and infrastructure-related deployment issues
• Support cloud-hosted and on-premise environments, You are a technically curious and operationally minded problem solver who enjoys making complex systems work reliably in real-world environments.
