Application Support Engineer

SEEKINGYOU We are expanding our team and looking for an Application Support Engineer to join a high-impact international project for a European Agency. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in application support and information systems deployment, motivated to work in complex environments and contribute to reliable, high-quality service delivery. We’re looking for someone with: - 5+ years of experience in software implementation and IT service support. - Strong experience with ticketing systems (prioritization, escalation, and management). - Hands-on knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Java, and application servers. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues. - Fluency in English (C1 level) is required. - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus.
