Ict Support Engineer - Level 2

At Tenth Revolution Group, we are a global leader in technology recruitment, connecting outstanding professionals with some of the world’s most innovative organizations.Our specialist teams focus on delivering top talent across key technology sectors, helping both candidates and clients achieve their growth objectives.We are currently partnering with a leading international organization in the Digital transformation and technology consulting sector to recruit two Technical Application Support Specialists to join their internal team on a permanent basis in Madrid.Minimum 2 years of experience within application operations, technical support, or production support environments.Hands-on experience working with Java-based environments, application servers, relational databases, and workload automation tools .Strong knowledge of Linux systems , including command-line administration and scripting exposure.English C1 Solid understanding of Windows Server environments .Experience supporting and monitoring automated processes and scheduling platforms such as Automic AWA, Control-M, or similar solutions .Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational best practices.ITIL Foundation certification.Permanent position directly with the end client.Hybrid working model based in Madrid (3 days office / 2 days remote).English-speaking environment with exposure to global teams.CV and interview process conducted in English (minimum C1 level required).Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
