Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions. Design and evolve the conversational AI platform strategy in alignment with enterprise architecture and IT guidelines. Lead proof of concepts (PoCs) and pilot initiatives to validate technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches. Identify and develop new conversational and agentic AI use cases with global business teams. Drive platform adoption and promote AI best practices across the organization. Manage relationships with technology providers and delivery partners. Ensure quality standards, technical governance, security compliance, and operational excellence. Lead integrations between AI solutions and the enterprise ecosystem. Guide architectural decisions and technology evolution initiatives. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, and LLM-based solutions to drive innovation and business value. Ensure all developments align with corporate AI governance and responsible AI principles. Support security, administration, and operational processes related to AI platforms. What are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Conversational AI, Software Engineering, or similar roles. Strong experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on experience with Agentic AI architectures, Agent2Agent (A2A) frameworks, and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK). Experience designing and developing conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots. Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. Experience integrating AI solutions within complex enterprise environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks. Knowledge of MLOps, AI platform operations, and monitoring. Experience in the automotive sector or other international enterprise environments. Exposure to multi-agent systems and advanced orchestration frameworks. Location: 100% Remote Schedule: 40h/week. You will play a key role in the evolution of
