Experteer Overview In this role you lead strategic project management initiatives to translate business needs into technical solutions. You act as a bridge among stakeholders, users, and product engineers, prioritizing work to deliver valuable products and cloud-related improvements. You’ll drive process optimization, cloud migration planning, and cross-functional collaboration to boost operational efficiency. You will oversee lifecycle documentation and communication, ensuring clear, impactful updates to leadership and teams. Compensation / Benefits * Define and analyze business problems, opportunities, and solutions in detailed plans * Clarify project requirements to support technical solution development and client alignment * Serve as liaison among stakeholders, users, and engineers; prioritize initiatives by business impact * Own and drive planning, prioritization, and delivery of new products and features * Ensure quality of project artifacts; prepare engaging, organized presentations; communicate sensitive information tactfully * Assess and streamline processes based on customer feedback to increase efficiency * Design and implement cloud migration plans with product/engineering teams to improve cloud adoption * Conduct firm-wide cloud training programs to enable migration * Provide hands-on PM tools/methodologies guidance to management and leadership * Lead process re-engineering efforts including cloud migration with assessment, planning, tracking, reporting * Perform as scrum master to drive agile development * Manage user-facing documentation lifecycle: feature posts, samples, starter projects, feedback tracking Tasks * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, or related field * 3 years (with Master’s) or 5 years (with Bachelor’s) of project or program management experience * Experience handling technically complex, cross-divisional activities * Strong verbal and written communication for technical and business requirements * Experience with software development lifecycle and cloud technologies * Participation in high-level architectural/engineering discussions for stakeholder alignment * Proficiency with Jira; Microsoft Office tools; Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies * Experience with Markdown documentation and GitLab SDLC Key requirements *
