Experteer Overview In this role you drive the product operations for Data Engineering, coordinating cross-functional programs to deliver on roadmaps and milestones. You’ll shape governance processes, OKRs, and risk-aware delivery while leveraging AI-driven analytics to improve workflows. You work closely with engineering, risk, and senior leadership to ensure transparent, accountable product management across internal and open-source components. Compensation / Benefits * Define and manage project and program roadmaps for Data Engineering initiatives * Scope deliverables, track milestones, and escalate risks; drive resolution of open actions * Design and maintain Product Feature Request framework, OKRs, and milestone tracking for product lifecycle * Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders * Apply AI-driven analytics and automation within product operations and Jira backlog analysis * Collaborate with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to document technical and functional requirements * Operate within Agile SDLC; use cloud platforms and GitLab for CI/CD workflows * Develop dashboards and data quality controls using Jira (JQL) and BI tools to monitor product health * Document and manage technical knowledge using Markdown and other documentation practices * Ensure transparency and alignment with enterprise risk remediation priorities Tasks * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field with 1 year of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in related roles * Experience in product operations within a mixed proprietary/open-source code base * Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Cross-functional stakeholder management and senior executive reporting on programs * SQL and Python for data analysis, data quality controls, and metrics dashboards (Tableau or Power BI) * Experience using Jira (including JQL) and GitLab for backlog and CI/CD workflows * Experience applying data analytics to support project management and leading remediation efforts Key requirements *
