Data Analyst

The team you would join works at the intersection of engineering, program management, and data, helping guide decisions on new product and technology development. What You’ll Do

• Support data capture processes to keep program data timely, accurate, and consistent
• Monitor and validate data quality, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Work with program stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Analyze data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that support program goals
• Maintain documentation for data definitions and reporting methodologies
• Recommend improvements to data collection and reporting processes
• Partner with technical and business teams to ensure data accessibility and integrity

• Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field, Bachelor’s preferred
• 1 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, data quality management, and dashboard development
• Proficiency in at least one business intelligence or analytics platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or JMP or Python
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to both technical and non technical audiences
• Must be local to the Corning, NY area

Preferred / Bonus

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with Power BI specifically
• Experience with Tableau specifically
• Experience with JMP or Python specifically
• Experience supporting R&D, innovation, product development, or technology programs
• Familiarity with KPI development and performance reporting frameworks
• Experience working in cross functional environments spanning engineering, business, and program management
