Senior SAP FI Consultant

We are currently looking for SAP FI Consultants at various levels of experience - whether you’re just stepping into consulting or already bring project leadership expertise. Your Role

• Lead or support full-cycle SAP FI implementations in ECC and S/4HANA
• Analyse and improve financial processes, especially in profit centre accounting and integration with logistics modules
• Facilitate client workshops and contribute to finance transformation strategies
• Support business development and pre-sales initiatives

Your Mission As an SAP FI Consultant, you’ll support clients through every stage of their SAP finance transformation - from concept and design through to rollout and ongoing support. You’ll be a key advisor in optimising financial processes including profit centre accounting, and you’ll take ownership of workshops, client communication, and project leadership responsibilities. What You’ll Do Guide clients through full project cycles for SAP FI implementations in ECC and S/4HANA Analyse and optimise financial processes, including integration with adjacent logistics modules Lead or support workshops and help shape finance transformation strategies Contribute to pre-sales and project acquisition when needed Manage or support projects and sub-projects, depending on experience

• Practical experience with SAP FI, either in implementation or support
• Solid understanding of finance and controlling business processes
• Experience with S/4HANA and/or migration to New GL is a strong plus
• Knowledge of MM, SD, or other adjacent modules is beneficial
• ABAP skills are a nice bonus, but not a must
• Willingness to travel when needed - without the typical weekly travel routine
• Fluent in German and confident in English (both written and spoken)
• A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a confident and structured approach, Several years of hands-on experience with SAP FI, either in implementation or support Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes Experience in S/4HANA and/or migration to New GL is a plus Familiarity with related modules (e.g. MM, SD) is beneficial ABAP knowledge is a bonus Willingness to travel, but with a healthy balance - no weekly suitcase lifestyle Fluent German and very good English skills Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a proactive, confident attitude
