Associate Scientific Services Support

• Pay Rate Up to $25.00 Per Hour
• 1 Year contract to start
• Collect, transport, process, and deliver laboratory glassware/plasticware
• Operate glassware washers, dry heat sterilizers, and ultrasonic baths
• Prepare items for cleaning and sanitization following established procedures
• Visually inspect glassware for cleanliness, residue, and structural defects
• Maintain equipment logs, temperature records, and documentation following GDP
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Monitor glassware inventory and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Follow safety, contamination control, and operational procedures
• Support training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with laboratory support teams to ensure timely service

• Associate’s degree or Bacheors degree in a scientific/technical discipline OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of laboratory or related operational experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal procedures
• Ability to learn and operate laboratory equipment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

• Laboratory support or glass wash experience
• Experience with autoclaves, glassware washers, sterilizers, or similar equipment
• Experience working in a GxP/GDP laboratory environment
