IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption Lead Information Security Analyst

Experteer Overview As a Lead Information Security Analyst in the IAM Strategic Engagement & Adoption team, you bridge business units and IAM product teams to drive adoption of enterprise identity solutions. You’ll translate business needs into actionable IAM improvements, lead adoption initiatives, and partner with product and engineering to ensure IAM capabilities meet real-world use cases and deliver measurable impact. You will mentor peers, leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design and testing, and ensure security and compliance considerations are embedded throughout. This role offers cross-functional impact, scope across cloud and hybrid environments, and opportunities to shape IAM adoption at scale.
