Job description

  • We are seeking a GenAI Developer for a high-priority Generative AI initiative at a leading financial services firm.
  • The team is expanding to focus on building AI agents and requires strong hands-on engineering depth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years overall professional experience; 2+ years dedicated AI experience
  • End-to-end AI project experience from development through implementation
  • Strong core Python development with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
  • Experience connecting Python libraries to Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS
  • CI/CD and core deployment processes (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
  • Experience with database and UI libraries, cloud frameworks, and container libraries

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development and hosting in Azure
  • OpenShift or other container platform experience
  • Experience building or implementing AI agents
  • Backgrounds considered: Data Science, ML, JavaScript/Node.js, Angular, React - if candidate has implemented AI solutions with strong cloud and AI library experience
