Quality Engineer Manager Senior (Automation)

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and scale Quality Engineering practices across multiple delivery teams to deliver high-quality, compliant enterprise platforms. You will drive automation-first testing and AI-enabled quality solutions while partnering with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to embed quality in the SDLC. You’ll mentor QE leads and engineers and steer QA strategy, governance, and metrics to improve release confidence. This is a hands-on leadership role in a collaborative, risk-aware environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
